Born in Lawton, Oklahoma and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, Cynthia met her husband at Northwestern in Chicago, Illinois. She and her family moved to Texas as soon as they could in 2004. During their time in Texas, Cynthia and her husband Darryl have raise two boys. One will graduate from Yale in May and another will enter Yale as a freshman this fall.
An experienced Lean Six Sigma professional, Cynthia Pigéon offers strategic business development skills, operational scope identification and management solutions experience. Cynthia describes her career as "working as if everything depends on her and praying as if everything depends on God."
Cynthia holds a Master of Administration and utilizes keen analysis to drive desired results in a fluid, fast-moving business environment characterized by rapid change. With a strong business acumen and an ability to bring a macro and micro perspectives to development opportunities; Cynthia brings organizational skills for effective project management oversight; interpersonal and cross-cultural skills for community liaison work, physician relations and service line development; and an analysis of business value streams for both strategic and operational excellence.
